1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched on the same business day.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal flat shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999 at checkout.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India! Use coupon code
FREESHIPat checkout to claim free shipping on eligible orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard estimated timelines after dispatch are:
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days
Rest of India / Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather disruptions, festive rushes, or unexpected courier operational delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your shipment is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an email containing a direct tracking link and courier details. You can track your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the provided delivery address.
Please ensure that your complete shipping address, land mark, and correct contact details are provided during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient after 3 attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears visibly damaged upon arrival, please record an unboxing video and report it to our customer care team at help@dlka.in within 48 hours of delivery so we can immediately send a replacement.
